About Multivictor — A Wire Harness Shop, Plain and Simple

  • About Us

Who We Are

I'm Jack Peng( Yu Hsiang Peng). My grandfather founded our wire harness shop in Taiwan in 1994, and today I lead the company. We engineer and manufacture automotive and electronic wire harnesses. Same product focus, same facility, over thirty years straight. We didn't jump into EV battery packs in 2021, we didn't chase medical in 2023, and we're not chasing whatever trend comes next. Harnesses are what we do.

I lead with that because right now half the suppliers filling your inbox are either three years old or just changed hands. You know how that story ends: the engineer who actually knew your program walks out, the new owners start squeezing the BOM, and six months later you're explaining your spec to someone who started last Monday. We're not selling the company. We're not opening a plant in Vietnam. Same family, same town.

Let me be straight about size, because it'll save us both time. We're 71 people in a 3,500 m² plant. We're not the right shop if you need two million harnesses a month off a single PO — that's not us, and I'll tell you so on the first call instead of stringing you along. Where we win is mid-volume programs, fast tooling changes, and the kind of product mix where a giant plant treats you like a rounding error and we treat you like the account that pays the bills.

Certified to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, externally audited every year. Certificates on the table once we're talking. Full PPAP, APQP, and FMEA on every automotive program. Our own mold and tooling shop is right here in the same building, so we're never sitting in someone else's queue when your jig needs a change. Twelve engineers. Send us a STEP file, IGES, or even a scanned 2D drawing from the '90s — you'll have samples in two days.

Last twenty-four months we've held 97.8% on-time delivery — measured against your requested date, not our own ship date — under 35 PPM on automotive accounts, four-to-six weeks on repeats, ten-to-twelve on new tooled programs. But the number I'd really want you to look at is this: 92% of customers who've been with us more than three years are still here. In this business, repeat orders are the only scorecard that means anything.

Two examples, kept deliberately vague — the details belong to the customers, not to my website. More than once we've taken over a program mid-stream after a buyer's previous supplier failed during a critical window: tooling transfer, PPAP, and first shipment inside roughly three months, and no missed dates since. And more than once we've gone back to a customer and redesigned their harness to cut connector count and assembly steps — taking real cost out of their landed price. We didn't have to flag it. We did, because that's how you keep an account for ten years instead of one.

On IP, here's our policy — not a story. If you hand us a proprietary geometry, we won't quote a part that looks like yours for anyone else. That's a written term, not a handshake. We've walked away from business over it more than once, and no, I won't name those customers — because not naming customers is exactly the point.
We've been doing this for thirty years, so we know what keeps a seasoned buyer up at night: quality that holds for the first three shipments then drifts; copper prices that climb with the invoice but somehow never come back down; tooling that quietly runs someone else's parts on the night shift; an account manager who stops answering on Fridays the moment the PO is signed. We put the fixes in writing before the first order — open-book copper indexed to LME, clear tooling ownership, a named English-speaking engineer whose WhatsApp actually gets answered, and a one-page quarterly review you can forward straight to your VP.

If your current supplier is starting to make you nervous, or you just want a solid second source qualified and ready before you actually need it, send me the print, your annual volume, and the landed cost you're aiming for. I'll get back to you within three business days with a real quote, real lead times, and references you can speak to directly. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you straight on the same call.

Competitive Advantages

What Sets Us Apart
Here’s what actually matters when you’ve been buying harnesses for twenty or thirty years.

100% Genuine Components, Period.
We only use genuine brand connectors — Yazaki, Sumitomo, Furukawa, Mitsubishi, Molex, JST, TE Connectivity, Aptiv, FCI, GHW, and the names you already know and trust. No cheap copies, no “equivalent” nonsense. If your drawing calls for a real Yazaki terminal, that’s exactly what you get.

Laser-Focused on One Thing.
We do full OEM and ODM work, but we don’t pretend to be everything to everybody. Wire harnesses are our only business. That means our tooling, our processes, and our people are all focused on one thing — getting your harness right the first time, every time.

Real Numbers, Not Marketing Fluff.
Our range is deep, not wide. Automotive, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, golf cart, recreational vehicles, industrial — we’ve built tens of thousands of programs across these categories. You won’t hear us say “high performance, high precision, high quality” because that’s just marketing talk. Instead, you’ll see our 97.8% on-time delivery and under 35 PPM on automotive accounts. That’s the only kind of “high” that actually counts.

Total In-House Control.
Deliveries are prompt because we control the entire process in-house — molding, tooling, assembly, and testing. No waiting for someone else’s queue, no surprise delays when your program is hot.

That’s it. No fluff, no empty promises. Just the things seasoned buyers actually care about.

Company Policy

How We Work — Two Non-Negotiable Commitments
We'd rather put these in writing up front than have you discover our position after the first PO. None of these points are unusual for a serious supplier. What's rare is stating them this plainly — so here they are.

1. Your design stays yours.
If you share proprietary geometry, tooling, or specifications with us, we will not quote, sample, or produce a part derived from or substantially similar to your design for any other customer. This is a binding term in our supply agreement, not a verbal promise. Your drawings are treated as strictly confidential from the moment we receive the first RFQ — before any contract is signed.

2. You own your tooling.
Any tooling you pay for belongs to you. Ownership, location, and access rights are clearly documented before the first production run. Your molds and fixtures are never used for other customers' parts, and they are available for transfer or return upon request.

These two points carry over verbatim into our supply agreement. We don't soften them once the volume is real.
